Of any era/nationality that impressed you? Just thought I'd post it here and not in the main (nightmare of a sub-forum) as a change of topic. Tyzu and Golovkin are clearly massive stand-outs for me, and probably many others. Roy Jones and SRL, too.
Felix Savon was very special, the fact he beat so many heavyweights that went on to become champions or top contenders like Shannon Briggs, Danell Nicholson, Luan Krasniqi, Sultan Ibragimov, DaVarryl Williamson, David Izon, Lamon Brewster, David Tua, Michael Bentt, Georgi Kandelaki and Ruslan Chagaev just shows you what a brilliant professional he could have become if he'd turned Pro in the early 90's. This is him knocking out the iron jawed Tua inside 1 minute. [yt]?v=VpCmW_3fgBQ[/yt]
Savon was a special amateur, no two ways about it... but let's not forget there were often occasions he was a seasoned man up against young lads, the Tua footage there being a prime example.
