Name me some matchups where the pre-fight hype does better than the fight itself?

I can think of past ones like...

    Haye-Klitschko
    May/Pac
    Trinidad/de la Hoya

    As for possible future ones,
    Big Baby Miller vs Briggs
    Haye vs Bellew
    McGregor vs Mayweather
    May/Pac 2
    Briggs vs Haye

Haye vs Wlad was almost competitive, and exciting on moments.

Yes, the hype was great. I had not been eating properly for a week before the match.

Too many to mention. With HBO, they did such a great job hyping up fights with 24/7, that the fights were almost destined to be a disappointment (with a few noteable exceptions).

It's more rare for a well-hyped fight to live up to, or exceed, expectations.

I was so young, but the best example hype before internet was Tyson vs Spinks.
    The fight was so short....

    Mayweather vs Canelo.
2 of the best fighters, but the fight was boring and not competitive.
