I say Hatton. That 7 lbs seems to mean a world of difference to him. At 140, words to describe him a lot seem to be "monster". But 7 lbs north, and he's just ordinary.

    Thoughts?

Are you insane?? of all the guys you pick Hatton, the man walks around at 200 lbs. 7 pounds **** to him.

Floyd moved up and certainly went from great to good. Went from facing the best to picking fights

That's cause Hatton tried to pack on too much weight.

Against Floyd he weighed what he weighs as a jr WW.

    But others..

    Margo

    Morales at 135.

    Pavlik

Agree no way Hatton even sees the final bell against any of the top dogs at 147. Cotto , Margo, PW, cintron, Clottey, Berto all KO him IMO.

Hmm, what does his walk around weight have anything to do with how effective he is at his fighting weight? He is a monster at 140 but completely average at WW.

Thats because the comp at 140 is basically feeble compared to the monsters at 147. His performance suffers not because of 7 pounds of weight, its the level up in comp. He did well against Floyd in the early rounds...hes not garbage at 147

I think that's a valid point to some extent.

Some people may find the answer floyd funny but he was a beast at SFW and at LW as well...anything above that he had to rely on good matchups.

Margo doesn't seem to be able to impose his strength at 154 (albeit in only two fights against very good opposition in Santos)

Funny because Margo is still a big JR Middleweight

Disagree. I think PBF had the goods to beat anyone at WW. Well, at least i would've favored him.

Pavlik. He was affected by the extra 4lbs against JT imo though its strange because hes supposed to be depleting himself to make 160.

He won't be doing that in the near future and why would he take away the advantage he gives himself by going down to WW and fighting smaller guys.Fair does I say

I would have to say Cotto. Cotto is only 5'7" and has showed that he really cant deal with bigger fighters. Imagine him going up to 154
