I personally dont look at it that way. True Wk hasnt beaten any HOF'er, thats beacuse there isnt any around. Apart from Toney and Holyfield, and if he does beat them, what will people say? they were too old etc.
WK hasnt beaten any HOF, however he is DOMINATING the divison, like it or not, he is the top dog. He is sitting at the same pedestal that Louis, Marciano, Liston, Tyson, Ali and Lewis sat on. At the top of the division. (I dont count Holyfield because he wasnt really a dominating champ to me 2bh)

Im from Michigan and even I'll tell you Chris Byrd was lucky as **** to ever win a heavyweight title and it says alot about the heavywieght division that chris byrd won a heavyweight title. Once by Vitali injuring his shoulder and another time by him facing a shot Holyfield who James Toney stopped in his next fight. James Toney is a better heavyweight then Chris Byrd.

If my boxing knowledge does not lie to me Wladimir Klitschko was NEVER KTFO! He only lost by TKO, so he was only knocked down and not out. ;)

Whether he deserves it or not, Byrd probably goes in.

I think fighters like Chambers and Chag MAY have something left to be done.

Rahman goes in for sure(He was past his prime, but your title doesn't specify that).

Absolutely NONE of the fighters you listed are going into the hall of fame. You dont get into the Hall of Fame by beating a shot fighter(Byrd) or a lucky KO (Rahman).

Probably none, true. But how can you say he hasnt been dominant enough against his opponents? The guy hasnt lost a round for ages.

One. Ken Norton. As to why Holmes career is extremely comparable to Vitali's and Wlads. Dominating over sparse competition.
