What fighters do you think Tyson beats with ease (or relative ease), but Holyfield struggles to beat or loses to.

Yep. Tyson blasted out 38yr old Holmes easily, but a 43 year old Holmes gave Holy a run for his money.

Unsure how a 30 year old Holmes would fare against Tyson, but I'm fairly confident based on their actual fight that a 30 year old Holmes would win a comfortable UD against Holyfield.

Others mentioned Holmes already but Chris Byrd is another. Think Tyson beats Bowe as well

And Ruiz. Moorer would not present any difficulties for Tyson either. Of course Evander struggled a lot more with Alex Stewart than Iron Mike ever did.

30 year old Holmes stops '88 Tyson in 9, while prime Holyfield loses at least a UD to the same Larry. The difference is that Holmes would be able to read Mike's one-dimensional (though, against the right opponents, devastating) style fairly early on.

Holyfield was capable of changing up or at least backing off and on his typical style, That's something Mike only tried to less success. If he wasn't coming forward, if he fought more restrained, he ended up not being as effective. Mike would get far more bothered by Holmes' jab than he ever was Douglas' (let's face it, even in Tokyo Douglas didn't have that kind of jab). After eating the uppercut a couple of times Mike would turn down and then find himself hopelessly dominated by the jab. Every time he'd try to fight closer up the right or uppercut would deter him long enough for Larry to position him back where he wants. By the 8th Mike would be drunk, he'd be useless after that

Holy would be able to change things up, but he'd find himself outboxed, outmaneuvered, and outfoxed most of the way. I imagine there would be more than a few sparks along the way, but Holy couldn't severely hurt Larry, I just don't see that happening.

I await No Neck to show up here lol.

The 30 year old Holmes was two years into a prime that began with his playing deft matador to pre-Norton-wipe-out Shavers.

I assume you mean the Tyson that Holyfield beat? If that is the one, I can't think of anybody that post prison Tyson could beat that Holyfield could not. Tyson didn't want to box after prison and anybody tough enough to give Holyfield problems would probably have too much determination for that version of Tyson. Tyson admitted that he did not want to box. It was obvious that he was only boxing to make money and cared nothing about legacy. IMO Tyson in his 30s "could" still perform well physically IF he wanted to, the potential was there. If Tyson had suddenly gotten motivated, cleaned up his life, trained, etc., he might have beaten anybody out there.
