I believe Holly Holm has already done that, straight away she came to mind. And she did it the unorthodox way - boxing to MMA. I can't recall there being a male champion in both sports though, and if there is, it'd definitely be MMA-to-boxing, I'm sure.

Even I, Serge, someone who loves seeing MMA humble boxing, am sickened at how smug and cocky the MMA community are acting now after the Ngannou vs Belly debacle

Apparently, Ngannou has been offered the December 23rd date in Saudi and allegedly the two leading opponents for him for that date are Big Bang Zhang and J-Park

If it is true, I want to see Ngannou vs Big Bang Zhang. I want to see a 40 y/o Chinese HW salvage the reputation of our sport.

Some feel Ngannou just got lucky against a Belly who took him lightly and had no idea what he was preparing for and that his huge event win was a fluke. However, if he were to beat a murderous punching high skilled man mountain like Big Bang in his second pro fight that would 1. prove it wasn't and MMA really is >>> boxing under boxing rules and 2. it would be quite a feat because Big Bang ain't gonna be scared to let his bombs go

The problem with this post, and I rarely disagree with you, is that Ariel Helwani is a right **** and the man talks complete and utter bollocks for clicks and clout. His opinion on the colour of shyte should be totally disregarded, let alone his thoughts on combat sports. I doubt he could lace up his own boots, let alone gloves, he simply wouldn't have the spine for it. Chael Sonnen is an elite level WUM who has openly admitted that he was juiced to the gills his whole career.

Tyron Woodley getting slept by Jake Paul erases all of that. I don't care if Tyron was shot he'd been training and fighting all of his life.

Ray Sefo slept by Chester Hughes in one round then goes on to have a war with Mark Hunt months later and wins.

Fury let boxing down but Chael Sonnen is a complete bitter clown. His voice is annoying and he won't stop shouting. Conor did not at all beat up Floyd.
