You think DeGale looked ok in his last bout? I thought he looked very over-confident in his abilities. Standing in front of his opponent with his hands down, walking him down, and taking uneccessary shots? Fair enough, the guy who he was in with was picked to keep DeGale's learning curve in the pro's going, but thats what he is meant to be doing...learning new things, and showing he is making the transition from amateur. We didn't learn anything new from him, and i'm guessing he didn't learn anything new. He looks too small for the Super-Middleweight division aswell...his power won't have an effect if he moves upto world class at Super in my opinion. The other amateur's turned pro in Warren's stable have impressed me more than DeGale!
To be honest I don't think he will ever share the ring with either Mayweather or Pacquiao...so there's two less worries. I think I even heard he was planning on moving down to 140lbs? I think he would lose to a couple of boxers down there.
