    Who cares about humility in a fighter? To be honest, humility doesn't really go hand in hand with being a great prize fighter. Even those you're naming as humble would have had egos the size of Africa in order to get as good as they were.

    Joe Louis easily you see the way after he knocked out conn in the 13th around he casually walked back to his corner As if it wasn't a big deal. Guess what it was a big deal! Big moment big comeback big fight. Never have I ever seen anything like that since. That's why he is the greatest fighter of all time and the most humble fighter of all time

    ..manny seaman was working joe louis corner during the first louis/conn fight. it looked as if joe might be losing his title. seaman was known for chewing unlit cigars as he worked. when joe knocked conn out in the thirteenth round , he walked calmly to his corner and said, "how many cigars did you swallow, manny?"
