The problem is you get into a rut as a critic when you try and make a claim that ends up being wrong. So instead of manning up and being realstic, you just go into broken record mode and if that one time (out of a shitload of incorrect guesses) you are finally right, you can say I told you so.

This board will meltdown once Wlad, JC, Pavlik, etc... lose because there are always those critics that are just waiting for it.

Atlas might be right about this pick, I think Thompson has a better chance than Iggy had anyways.

 

Atl(LASS) always picks against Vlad, hoping he will be right on if these days.

Atlas picked Kirk Johnson to knock Vitali out also. Atlas also picked Tua to knock Lewis out. Atlas hate Vlad to the extreme, almost as badly as he hated Tyson.

 

So we just have to wait till Atlas picks Wlad to win for us to know Wlads gonna lose

I'm guessing he picked every opponent against Wlad, except Purrity, Brewster and Sanders.

 

The one I find skeptical is the Austin fight. But I do think he picked Byrd over Waldo. Probably Brewster and definately Ibragimov.

But if he picked Thompson then he probably picked Austin too. The guy is just expecting a train wreck. It'll happen it just won't happen now.

 

Thompson has the agility of a house. Vlad is going to level him with power punches. I don't expect this fight to last long.

Thompson has a decent jab, but it just isn't going to work standing infront of Vlad and trading jabs, it will get him Ko'd.

 

Atlas said that Thompson was a presure fighter and Wlad is mentally weak so if Thompson gave put enough pressure on him then Wlad's rock solid physique will melt away... not an exact quote but pretty close
