Despite that fighters much lower rating in a historical sense.

Like Iran Barkley. Not a bad name to have a W against on anyones record, and high end boxers never really did stop trying to get wins over him even late into his career.

Whether he was 25 or 45 a W against Ray Robinson does your resume no harm.

Though he was faded, Holman Williams is a nice scalp for LaMotta and Cerdan to have.

Gatti is not a great fighter in the historical sense, but anyone with a win over him has a notable scalp.

You'd also be doing yourself no harm in earning a win over Ward.

Roy William comes to mind, and in the same vein, Earnie Shavers. Both pretty avoided 70's guys.

Shavers, Lyle, and Roy "Tiger" Williams aren't bad names to have on your record with a "W".

Everett " Big foot " Martin. Everyone else had him in their W column, why would you want to feel left out.
