Name of the greatest swamers of all time and/or recently. You can name them from any weight class the criteria you can decide for yourself where each swamer in each weight class is rated.

Rocky Kansas and Baby Arizmendi are two oft-overlooked swarmers. Bob Montgomery had a lot of "swarm" in his game, too. Gene Fullmer.

@Burt- Greb could and did indeed swarm, but his style is too diverse to classify him as a true swarmer in my opinion. An elusive pressure fighter is how I would describe him. A contradiction in terms I know, but Greb's style in the ring was a total contradiction in terms!:smoke

Surf, I suppose his style cannot be categorized... He was unique as his style was to overwhelm his opponents ,putting them on the defense, and having the great speed and quickness to escape their counter-attacks. Three hundred fights and aside from his ko loss to the bigger and vastly more experienced Joe Chip, in Greb's first few bouts,he was NEVER again kod. And with one eye for the last few years.! Yep, he was truly not a swarmer,he was a Houdini. :good

Pryor was swarmer of the highest order. Early Fenech another and people forget how high that guy's stock was at one time.

Yup, but rightly so because he was a methodical patient stalker and punchpicker, not a swarmer;).He has more in common with Joe Louis or Carlos Zarate than Armstrong, Harada, Frazier etc..

Disagree about Khaosai. He was not a swarmer.
