Should have a mega bout with Canelo at least. Even then, Saul would make him drain down to 118.

Pacquiao is greater, but Inoue is still writing his story. How much can he achieve? We will see. I wont disrespect Inoues opposition, but none of them are Cotto or Barrera.

Makes me think of Julio Cesar Chavez and Ricardo Lopez's career in comparison. Lopez fought in the lower weights and beat everyone he faced but Chavez was the much bigger star and fought named opponents. This will probably be the same when comparing Inoue's and Pacquiao's career and fame once Inoue retires.

Pac's career was legendary and very hard to top so there's no shame for Inoue to not be able to duplicate that since the bar is set too high. He just needs to stay dominant and build his own legacy.

Still can't get over the fact that in 25 bouts, twenty of them for world titles, Inoue has lost just five rounds. Mayweather lost that many against DLH alone...plus JLC, twice!

(and yes that's even after reviewing the 7th from yesterday; Fulton had the best individual shot but I stand by my 70-63 card at the stoppage)

Inoue is boring because has no rivals, has technique and above all much power considered his weight. But the truth is all his category is boring. Id abolish that category. To see so much small boxers fighting is an abominion to my sight even if I must say Inoue's trainings on the web are very interesting.

From one to ten I rate an Inoue's fight "two" and an Usyk's fight "ten" even if Usyk faces a washed up fighter like Chisora and he wins by decision. Much better to see a "David vs Goliath" fight than two ants fighting imo.

None of the lower weight divisions have only a few dozen people. I think 105 has 200 pros but then 108 has like 500, 112 700, then 115 900, 118 1100 and 122 1300. Besides 105 their diminutive quality is exaggerated.

This is easily one of the idiotic posts I've seen you write. What an uninformed childish assessment of some of the most thrilling divisions in the sport. What? Are you like legendary "size queen" Vince McMahon, and have a big guy fetish? That's a silly built in bigoted bias that you need to rid yourself of immediately. You're depriving yourself of so much joy and entertainment with this mindset. Inoue's matches are thrilling, and his KO's put those of Fury and Joshua to shame. He's the lower division equivalent of Deontay Wilder, with the skillset of Oleksandr Usyk. Fine, I get the joy you feel in watching Usyk, the man is a monumental talent and my favorite fighter. But the vast majority of HW's are overweight sluggish skilless bores, who gas out after 4 or 5 rounds, and hug one until until one of them falls over from sheer exhaustion. With the little guys, you're guaranteed not 4 or 5 rounds, but usually 12 or less depending on whether it ends in a KO, of sheer unbridaled carnage. Go watch Inoue-Donaire 1 either for the first time or again, if you think that's boring... check your pulse.

I cant watch them. Neither alive. Stronger than me. I can watch only fights with fighters heavy at least 22 pounds more like Gatti and Ward.

You also need to take a step back and assess the career of Manny Pacquiao through the casual lens that most are currently applying to Naoya Inoue. Manny greatly benefitted from all four of those fighters getting a ton of exposure on HBO beforehand, where people were exposed to what quality operators they truly were. Without that, all we'd be hearing about is Pacquiao beating Mexican three cab drivers, specifically Barrera's 3 L's, Morales' 3 L's and Marquez's 2 L's, and that those wins weren't impressive in the least. Especially considering he lost to Morales, and got a gift win and draw over Marquez. They'd also bring up his two early KO losses, and ignore how he got revenge x2 on Morales and only fixate on the loss. Also, the luster and allure of Cotto was pretty badly fading already. He basically won both his match against Paulie and Clottey due to a knockdown, and even then it's kind of debatable. He got a bit of a gift against Mosley and had been thoroughly destroyed by Margarito. Without HBO being there every step of the way for us, walking us through this, how would history and boxing forums everywhere judge Pacquiao at 30 if it was up to people boxrecing and YouTubing his history? They'd be doing the same thing you're doing now with Inoue, probably even worse.

    Fortunately neither one.
Only highlights of Inoue...and Pacquiao of course.

Rectify that immediately. Try not to judge a fighter and stereotype several boxing divisions based on a few highlights. Try not to have such prejudice against and a fixed opinion of something, that you've never given a chance to begin with.

I think boxing has to be always like "Deep Red" of Argento otherwise I dont watch it. However you can understand many things from highlights. OK, they dont give you emotions, but who cares? Better than see boring fights.
