Remember how I was crucified for correctly predicting that AJ would duck Michael ''The Bounty'' Hunter?

Well they did the same when I said that no one other than Loma and David Benavidez from 118 to 168 could beat Inoue. Yet again there's a lot of people looking pretty stupid right now

He's the most textbook puncher in the game right now. Every single shot he throws he throws with perfect technique and maximum power. And he keeps it up the entire fight. His only weakness is his size and his defence. When pushed onto the backfoot he can be vulnerable. He also has a tendency to stick his chin in the air on left hooks, which can see him get caught. Other than that I can't really see a flaw in his game, and I'm super critical of fighters I like.

You can't see a flaw in his game but you just listed several flaws? He can be vulnerable when pushed onto the backfoot, he has a tendency to stick his chin in the air on left hooks, his defense is a weakness? These are big flaws.

Canelo doesn't have any of these kinds of flaws. And while Inoue might be a "textbook" puncher Canelo is a more explosive more dynamic puncher. Canelo is a better power puncher than Inoue, has way better defense, doesn't stick his chin out. The battle for P4P #2 is between Crawford and Inoue. Canelo is the clear P4P #1.

He did stop Donaire. Donaire did not beat the count. The ref made a mistake.

Canelo has many flaws, awful gas tank, really low volume combined with okay but not that great power, very plodding feet (that have been exposed many times to date) and takes way more punches than needed for a supposedly slick defensive master. Can't handle a good jab and his own jab has never seemed to take over a fight. He's got way less in his arsenal than Inoue.

Pretty sweeping (and strange) statement....Shovel is on the nail with Canelos flaws left a major one out IMO & that is allowing ODH to corrupt him...

Inoue doesn't need PEDs, paid judges, catchweights, rehydration clauses, or imposed short training camps on his opponents.

    Inoue > Clenelo/Baldnelo

Inoue is a better puncher, has more power P4P, and is better P4P fighter.

I'd respect Canelo a lot more if he got fair cards and didn't act like a diva and use the old Floyd-esque pre-fight tactics.

    Nelo has 5-6 losses realistically.

If he leave the Kitchen Utensil boy alone he may have no choice...like all other fighters & actually fight on a level playing field, something that will make Shadow, iSAL etc feel faint!

So we have Mayweather, GGG twice, Lara once, Trout was a narrow one, I'll need to rewatch it, apparently both his wins over Miguel Vazquez are robberies too, that man has been robbed too many times ffs. We thinking of the same ones here?

I think you might be right, he's on a great string of wins and Canelo doesn't even have anything on the schedule.

Canelo had far more difficult opposition throughout his career than Inoue and a much longer career which has prepared him to take is game to the next level. Inoue only has 20 fights. Inoue's a little kid, Canelo's a full grown man in his prime of hife life who has beaten big name opponents like GGG, Kovalev, Trout, Lara, etc. Inoue couldn't even stop a 36 year old Donaire lol. Donaire already had 5 losses before he fought Inoue and a judge had that fight 114-113 LOL.

Who has Inoue fought besides Donaire that you ever heard of? The dude has been fighting in high school gymnasiums in Japan. He's a good fighter but P4P #1 ahead of Canelo? LMAO GTFOH. You might have an argument that he should be ahead of Crawford as Crawford really hasn't fought anyone either and Inoue is arguably more athletic than Crawford. But Canelo destroys Inoue and Crawford P4P in pretty much any area of comparison you can possibly think of.

When comparing P4P you can't allow your personal hate towards Canelo affect your logic and reasoning. You are severely compromised iii as a boxing analyst please get some help.
