If there’s anything more moronic, ******ed, idiotic, spastic than discrediting Inoue’s accomplishments with the nonsense about him only having to move up a few pounds(which I’ve seen claimed a few times in the last week), It’s this garbage right here. And one thing equally idiotic is to grade fighters accomplishments based on the number of rounds it took them to KO their opponents. Some fighters step in the ring guns blazibg and overpower their opponents like Inoue, some take their time to outclass them like Crawford and Usyk. That doesn’t neccesarily put one style over the other. And Crawford has indeed been just as dominant as Inoue, he’s 15-0 with 14 KOs at 140-147 being undisputed in both. He showed that he can not only outclass his opponents with pure skills and ring IQ, but can also owerpower and brutalize them like the Monster. One bad moment against Kavaliauskas(who showed his power is real by doing the same to bigger Vergill Ortiz) doesn’t take away from his dominance, just as struggling over 12 rounds against 37 year old Donaire did not take away from Inoue’s dominance. Being undisputed in 2 divisions in 4 belts era is a big deal. Do you know how I know? Because noone has ever done it before. Inoue will probably accomplish the same, and I hope he does. Right now I have Crawford slightly ahead of Inoue. And if Fury ever grows a pair, faces Usyk(who goes the distance in most of his title fights) and gets that work in, I’m ranking Oleksandr the Great over your hero too.
Stopping 4 World Class opponents in a combined 6 total rounds is a highlight. It's a pretty special accomplishment. You don't think it's special and contributes to a body of work? Give me some examples of other fighters matching this feat. Getting an early KO is ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS, more impressive than stopping them late. Inoue stopping Fulton in 3 is more impressive than Inoue stopping Fulton in 8. It's so common sense that I feel like you owe me money just having to explain it to you. Furthermore, if you actually watched Inoue fight, you'd know that he boxed his way to every KO. He doesn't go for the kill like a mindless slugger.
Facts don’t care about your feelings! Hehe sorry, couldn't resist! But yeah, Inoue is a true definition of a monster and is PFP no. 1 for me although Bud’s performance was also impressive. So far he’s been moving up in weight pretty comfortably but we’ll have to wait and see where is limit is at. Man what a time to see a once in a lifetime special fighter!!
This! In my opinion Usyk is #1 mainly because of HOW he’s done what he’s done. Going into his opponents backyards and giving up the size disadvantage that he has… if that’s not Pound For Pound greatness than nothing is! He’ll further drive home my point after he boxes dubois brains out and takes care of Fury. But Inoue and Crawford are #2a and 2b. I mean Spence is a good fighter but I think for YEARS many we’re giving him a bit too much credit. He was never elite in my opinion. Very basic and overrated power.
Sorry kid, your opinion is not common sense. Usyk’s total schooling of Gassiev or him dissecting Joshua, exposing every single one of his weaknesses over 12 will always be more impressive in my eyes than your boy’s KO1s. I could give you some money if you need it so bad, so you can take a course to learn the difference between an opinion and a fact. Maybe It’ll stop you from going berserk over other’s opinion, accusing them with racism and other garbage like a raving maniac. And at no point did I suggest that Inoue goes for the kill like a mindless slugger. But he does start a lot faster compared to Crawford and Usyk and relies on power a lot more.
This content is protected I don't speak Japan, but I think he's talking about how he dog walked Fulton before he got bored and decided to end the fight,
Inoue dog walked and KO'd a tough as nails undefeated, prime, much bigger opponent who was the consensus #1 and unified champ in his first fight in a new weight class. Beating the deathly looking drained shell of Errol Spent (LOL!) ain't cutting it.
