The most dominant, loses the least amount of rounds per fight by a long shot, and is the most brutal and destructive among his P4P peers.
Inoue has lost less than 10 rounds in his entire career. The actual number may even be lower. Bud and Clenelo lose 3-4 rounds these days. With the exception of the Donaire fight, Inoue has been completely and utterly dominant.
Unless you compare it to Dasmarinas Maloney Donaire Rodriguez Payano Not really better unless you consider beating an old Donaire win as a huge accomplishment.
I love Inoue, but I'm afraid he's being setup to be another Crawford tbh. Kind of worried cause he was looking great prior to Covid and was about to face Casimero but that got derailed and now he just knocked out a literal who and is facing someone else that no1curr about. Wish he got that Navarette fight or at least was the one to KO Nery, even if the latter wasn't very good, it was a decent rivalry. All decent rivals got taken from him and so he's just in limbo. Maybe I'm a pessimist but I fear he's going to be fed people that he easily beats the next few years and is used as a stepping stone for some up and comer which would be a damn shame. Was really hoping he'd surpass Harada.
I'm not going to argue with you about Inoue, since I like him and currently have him ranked below Usyk and Canelo but remind me what he has done since struggling with Donaire to convince me that I should rate him higher.
lmfao who Inoue beat except Dinosaure? It's fun to see Usyk and Inoue propaganda after every Canelo victory.
I'm a big fan of Inoue but his resume doesn't stack up for him to be considered number 1. When you consider what Usyk and Canelo have done it's hard to make a case for Inoue based on who he's beat and achieved. If the Casimero fight happens and he obliterates Casimero like I suspect then it helps his case but even then I wouldn't have him number 1. If he then beats Donaire again to be undisputed at Bantam weight then again it adds to his resume but he basically just matches what Crawford, Canelo and Usyk have already done so can he really be number 1, a case could be made for sure but it's not clear cut. If he moves up to Super Bantam and beats say the winner of Figueroa/Fulton then that would be very impressive and I'd say he'd have a good case of being number 1 then and if he then beats the winner of Akhmadaliev/Rios to become undisputed at Super Bantam then yeah I'd struggle to see how you could deny him being number 1, but right now he's got some work to do.
Usyk number 1 and Canelo number 2 (despite I thought he lost to Lara and both GGG fights) - they have clearly the best resumes in my opinion.
