You criticize his opposition but he jumped to 122 and fought the number one guy in his first fight at the weight and then fought the number two guy in his second fight and now is fighting Nery who is a top 5 guy at the weight plus by years end he will probably fight MJ and Goodman that means he would have fought the top 5 guys in the division in little more than a year. That's cleaning a division in such a short period of time is ridiculous.

As an American boxing fan, I feel Inoue should fight wherever he wants as long as he’s the man. They want him to fight somewhere else then beat him.

 

I don't understand what the fuss is about. A champion fights on home soil where he has a huge following. So what?

Don't remember there being this much whining about Wlad in Germany and a good many English fighter mostly fighting in England. It's after all Japan and not Iceland we're talking about here. There are quite a few people living in Japan after all, which makes for a large audience if you're big there. Inoue is.
