If he was fighting on American TV we would be touting him as the future GOAT. He's got elite athletic gifts. He's got an up and coming gym, stable training(from his father). In just a few years his resume could be incredible He beat the #2 guy at lightfly(Hernandez), the #1 guy at superfly(Navarez), and when its all said and done his win to become #1 contender against Taguchi might end up being his best, Taguchi won a belt at light fly and should reign for a long time. His next fight will probable be against a mandatory. After that it will be time to clean out the division while some of the top 112ers moves up(hopefully Gonzalez) and after all that he can move up to a strong Bantamweight division that has a ton of top domestic competition most notably the Kameda bros which if Inoue were to beat would send his popularity in to the stratosphere and he would be a big enough draw to make any fight he wanted. Yeah its a lot of projection but Inoue has proven his talent and his will to fight the best
NO I am making a thread about it because he doesn't get the respect he deserves for being a once in a generation kind of talent.
Here's my thread from last year I'm sure you'll love it.:good http://www.boxingforum24.com/showthread.php?t=518315
Lots of buzz is generating around this guy. A lot of people are starting to mention Gonzalez is p4p, when will Inoues time come?.I look forward to watching him fight.
To me this guy is one of the most exciting boxers out there. ha, i nearly called him a prospect then when hes way beyond that already. Can he stay over in Asia or does he need to start getting brought over to America to really rise in s****om?
Gonzalez is starting to be mentioned top 3 P4P but knowledgable fans have had him top 10 since at least 2012. Inou is already top 10 P4P. He beat the #2 guy at light fly then the #1 guy at super fly
