Yaegashi Vs Tecuapetla kicks action off, 108lb ibf title fight
1-Tecuapetla coming forward and Yaegashi boxing off the back foot, the challenger looks bigger and stronger than the champion, but Yaegashi has the edge in skills, experience and speed.
Yaegashi using his jab well, Tecuapetla having limited success with his heavier but wider shots, Yaegashi lands a cracking counter rigth hand but doesn't phase Tecuapetla.

    10-9 Yaegashi

    2-
Tucapetla has slowed down a bit and appears to be picking more particular shots now, good body shots from the Mexican who lands a solid right up top, much better from Tecuapetla who appears to be full of of energy, Yaegashi looks slower than usual...almost plodding with his footwork already...
    10-9 Tecuapetla
    19-19

3-A bit of bounce in Yaegasghi's legs to start the round, lovely counter by Yaegashi, and a nice burst in return from,Tecuapetla, Yaegashi slips-strangely the canvas in Hyogo (Kano Vs Sabillo) got very slippery late in their show, both looking for bombs with Yaegashi landing a cracking counter right hand, Tecuapelta comes back with some solid shots up top.
WAAARRR! Last 30 seconds sees them go toe-to-****ing-toe!
Really is a cracking fight, both happy to stand in the pocket
    29-29

4-Both starting this round a lil calmer than they ended the previous round, but the calmness doesn't last long and within a minute they are having a fight again. Tecuapetla seems to know that Yaegashi's face is the place to target due to regular swelling, Yaegashi fires off a lovely flurry with around a minute left and Tecuapetla is left looking for a response, more trading in the final 20 seconds. Akira's round...just 39-38

5-The round starts faster than the last one, think Tecuapetla feels he has to keep a high tempo to break down Yaegashi, Akira looks to have found his bounce and a speed a lil more now though, both land bombs up top-take 1/10 of a second then get back to it, Yaegashi on the retreat late in the round but probably just did enough with the crowd cheering everything he did 49-47

6-Tecuapetla pressing the issue but Yaegashi landing the better shots early in the round, a lot or pressure from Tecuapetla but not much success during the first minute, both trying to grin the body but it's Akira that backs up, lots of inside action here and at a high pace, Yaegashi upping the tempo with long flurries to the body, Tecuapetla forced to take a few shots more than he'd have liked, absolute war at the moment! 59-56 Akira

7-Yaegashi's gone back to almost a plodding bounce when he moves, Tecuapetla with a solid body shot, Yaegashi seems to be landing the better shots and is now moving out of the fire rather than standing there waiting to be burned, lovely body combo by Yaegashi who again gets away before a response is thrown his way. Much better from Akira

8-Toe-to-toe action with the crowd cheering what Yaegashi does, monster right up top from Tecuapetla but no follow up and Yaegashi starts to take over and takes the round. 79-75

It's a fight where those cards could easily be much closer with no argument

9-Slugfest! Both unloading wide bombs to the bell, Tecuapetla starting to look a little more depserate than he was but landing some very solid shots on a tiring Yaegashi, who has chosen to stand his ground again

10-What a round! All out war from both men, Yaegashi's face is becoming a swollen mess and it was a clear Tecuapetla round.
