Yaegashi is considerably past prime. He would not be having wars against such awful opposition otherwise.
Carmona having some success, seems all the drama's gone from the bout though, Inoue fighting controlled with 1 hand, throwing the right as a token shot, Carmona can't make Inoue pay for being 1 handed
the whole crowd is cheering inoue on HE SUMMONS THE STRENGTH TO GO ALL OUT IN ROUND 12 initially it was toe 2 toe bodyshots from both guys neither guy moving, standing their ground trading like warriors but inoue gets what he wants he drags carmona into deep water and eventually carmona backs up, he has had enough. inoue smells blood in the water and with an injured hand PUSHES AND PUSHES HARD battering the mexican on the ropes until he finally drops he makes the count but is wobbly inoue resumes the attack with 15 secs to go he is BATTERING carmona but he makes the bell GREAT FIGHT
Inoue won every round, dont know what the judge who gave Carmona 4 rounds was smoking. Disappointed that Inoue didnt get the stoppage, the announcers were alluding to him having a busted up right hand, but Naoya landed some vicious lefts too, I think we have to credit Carmona for being tough as hell.
If Naoya's hand isnt busted up his power is way overhyped, because he was landing vicious right hands in the first half. Naoya is an extremely skillful boxer though, the way he was changing up his styles throughout the fight really impressed me.
