After Inoue wins the WBSS, he's likely to move up. If Dogboe is still there, I imagine that this fight will happen.
Dogboe has a great chin and recovery... But Inoue is an extremely sharp as well as devastating puncher so Dogboe might not be let of the hook if he's hurt this time. Lean towards Inoue but I don't think it would be as easy as some fight think, Dogboe is a real talent as well and might be able to surprise people if he turns it into a "dog." fight.
