And that right there is the problem. You are 'not sure', despite Chocolatito publicly saying he didn't want the fight, Yafai and Ancajas publicly not taking the fight, his mandatories not taking the fight and in fact fighting the other champions, and the WBC ordering rematch after rematch among the Four Kings.

How can you not be sure when every available piece of evidence is about as crystal clear as you can get that if there was ANY ducking involved, it did not come from Inoue's direction?

I mean you are right; this is neither a back-and-forth nor a fanboy argument. There is someone who said something that is objectively not true (you) and someone who brought clarity about what actually happened (me) and then the first someone (again, you) wants to pretend they're above it all and just really wanted that fight to happen.

    You ain't slick.

That was for the benefit of anyone reading the forum who read your "Well why didn't the super-flyweight fights happen? Maybe Inoue ducked the Four kings!" and thinking there's any validity to it at all then for you, to be perfectly honest.

And the only way you can not be sure is if you willfully ignore the evidence of what happened, which, I cannot believe I have to say this again, includes the fighters themselves saying, very publicly, "I don't want to fight Inoue."

You're very strange (that covers the first two paragraphs btw)

What I said was "Not sure about him not ducking

He managed to avoid fighting everyone at SFLW when the division was on fire and everyone had 2/3 fights against each other." The first part is an opinion, so is absolutely not objectively wrong. The second part is a fact, so again is absolutely not objectively wrong.

Why would I pretend I want the fight to happen? I was calling for the fights back in 2016 and 2017. By 2018 Inoue was lighting up the BW division and Gonzalez was being knocked out so the clamour for the fight was no longer there.

But again, you made a claim about people not being there when it happened, when you actually weren't there when it happened, which is because of your age. You were too young to follow the lower weight classes back then. Which is fine.

Ignore whatever you want, as willfully as you want. This is a complete unnecessary exchange of posts. You think Inoue was ducked by all the key SFLW players. I think I'm not sure who ducked who but he managed to miss out on them all which is a shame. Why do we even need to discuss it?

You love to ignore things that are inconvenient. I'm sorry Chocolatito admitting to ducking Inoue from his own mouth has hurt you so.

The first one is an opinion that is contrary to the available evidence we have. This is, in fact, the very definition of wrong. And what makes it worse is that all you had to say was something to the effect of, "not sure who ducked who" and that at least would have been non-argumentative, the thing you claim you don't want to have, despite very clearly wanting to soft-call Inoue a duck.

As for the second part being true...it is. No one has claimed otherwise. However, the context of what actually happened gives clarity to why it happened. Context you distorted quite purposely with your, "I'm not sure Inoue ducked anyone," like there aren't entire news articles a Google search away of Chocolatito saying he didn't want any of Inoue, or the WBC ordering mandatory eliminator after mandatory eliminator, or Inoue's own mandatories electing to fight other champions for less money.

There is no reason to even insinuate Inoue avoiding fights he actively sought other than your weird apathy-boner for the guy.

You are really proud of this old thing like it doesn't make you sound worse, doesn't it? I get it, you wanted the fight to happen, it didn't, you need to blame someone. Blame the guy who was on record saying he didn't want to fight Inoue. Or don't blame anyone at all. This all started when you made an objectively false claim that, "maybe Inoue was afraid of the big bad Chocolatito."

First, there's a world of difference between what you said ("Not sure about Inoue not ducking") and what you are NOW saying ("I don't know who ducked who"). Nonetheless how fortunate for you that I am here to inform you, the man who supposedly lived through it, what happened.

    https://www.*******.com/chocolatito-not-pleased-with-offer-inoue-prefers-cuadras--109181

And Inoue wasn't ducked by all the key players - just most of them. SSR was owed a WBC title shot forever and a day, Cuadras was coming off of a loss and set to fight Estrada for the next WBC title shot, himself coming off an injury. No one to blame; sometimes **** happens and it sucks but no fighter is at fault. But for Chocolatito, Yafai, Ancajas, Jamie Conlan and Rex Tso, absolute ducking, quacks and all (though Chocolatito, at least, just wanted money).

So go forth, secure in your new context of this key moment you lived through and yet have been surprisingly ignorant of, and we can stop clogging this thread that was meant for something else entirely with your derailing nonsense.

This is exactly why I said you're weird. Why would anything a boxer say hurt me? I'm pretty sure at the time I referred to Gonzalez as being a diva with respect to this fight.

Ok so you have no problem with "not sure who ducked who" but you do have a problem with "not sure about him not ducking anyone" again, another reason I called you strange.

I know no one has claimed otherwise, I was the one who claimed it at the start of this thread.

I don't have to blame anyone you strange person. I already said to you the only thing that matters is the fights didn't happen.

The definition of a false claim is you claiming that I claimed Inoue was afraid if the big lad Gonzalez. In fact at the time the fights were being discussed we saw Gonzalez get knocked out whilst Inoue smashed McDonnell at BW and I will have made reference to Gonzalez being unable to fight at such a high weight class.

I'm glad you admit to your attempt at derailing the thread. I don't no how many times I have to tell you there's no argument here. I stated my opinion, you got emotional thinking it was some fan boi argument. It's just all been very strange.

Inoue gonna have a mental year being undisputed in two weight classes this year.

FW is ripe for the picking as well, can see him unfiying that division next year.

Yes, very strange of me looking at two different sentences that imply two different things and take issue with it. Super-duper strange of me.

Learn English and what sentences actually say you absolute knobhead, and you can avoid situations like this in the future.

Imply whatever you want, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Now that I've straightened that out please focus on the purpose of the thread. Inoue v Tapales.
