Seems stupid to have it on a regular Thursday in a 37k arena when they have 2 different national holidays in the same month.

Fujj TV will be the Japanese broadcaster but French TV will also want to have a slice with Oubaali on the card.

Seems odd they don't capitalise and put it on a Friday before a 3 day weekend

I am so conflicted with this fight. Really like both fighters. On one hand I'd like to see Inoue look impressive against a credible opponent like Donaire so that way he can make a statement on his elite status, but on the other hand it would be amazing if Donaire actually gets one last big win before retiring since he's had a great career. Why did this fight have to happen?? :(

Hoping Donaire goes out on his shield and at least makes this a war, win or lose. Realistically Inoue should win this but what a miracle it would be if Donaire pulls off an upset.

The Filipino flash the one with the quick feet, sets traps, beautiful and slick. Probably UD or tko 9 Inoue.

The current one the legs is gone, reflexes a second too late just walks down opponents. Gets stopped inside 4 rounds.

This will go 12 rounds and Donaire cannot/will never win a decision in Japan.

I can’t see ND beating the man who is 10 years younger and a monster. ND used to struggle to make this weight when he was younger. This weight won’t do him favors now.

Inoue by KO, 7-12. He is like +325 at those odds.

They should rename Saitama to One Punch, Japan.

Inoue wins by way of K.O. However, Inoue should beware Donaire's right hand. He will wait for a chance to counter Inoue if he is careless.
