These group of guys were even making videos insinuating that Manny's mustache & beard was because of PED's LOL i remember they had like weekly propaganda videos made which were plastered all over hip hop sites to get more the urban community to not like him & support Floyd instead with his pathetic accusations, shameful what went on those days.

They make it seem like stacking can only occur if tape is applied directly on to the hands. Stacking can also occur if gauze is put on first. But the point of contention is tape being applied directly onto the skin. Depending on who you ask, some say it's illegal, some say it isn't.
