    Gojira has brittle hands and it doesn't help that he punches so hard with so much conviction. I thought Naoya looked "okay" in his last fight, but came to learn that he was fighting one handed because he reinjured his surgically repaired right hand. When they were announcing the decision, Naoya had swollen and bloody knuckles.

    Bad choice to pursue Roman next. I already favor Roman (experience + stamina + workrate + power), but if hurts his hand and fights one handed, he's getting violently stopped.

    Yeah, sad story. I don't see him having a long career and it sucks because he's clearly elite level talent.

    He was also fighting with a bad back that had been hurt 2 weeks before the bout and hadn't sparred for that last part of training, so was unable to put his full weight in to anything. The hand injury is expected to be fine VERY quickyl as they are looking at Luis Concepcion for December
