Yep and it was the first time.....to some extent, longevity and purpose is showing, as you said, it is and so true. I DONT want them to meet.......as much as i do.
Man, even typing the words Ian & Napa make me nearly fall asleep at the keyboard. Hes skilful, but SO ****in boring! "Oh Napas fighting tonight, give me a shout when he gets a points decision" I admire skill, but when its mixed with zero power? Napas a good little fighter, hard to hit & doesnt hit hard, & thats the problem. No thrills when Napa enters through the ropes.
I don't find him boring. It's a different type of enjoyment to a typical fight, its more of an appreciative enjoyment than blood and thunder edge of the seat type. Depends on his opponents style, it can be pretty boring if the opponent doesn't engage him.
Exactly. I respect Napa, hes great at what he does. & if the right fight comes along? of course I will watch. its a backhanded compliment when I say I dont even watch him anymore cos I know hes going to get a points decision! I just wish he had a dig, & I suppose he does too, then he would be one helluva fighter. Im just speaking as a fan, I mean no disrespect to the guy, cos hes had a tough career. The amount of times he was robbed? I dont grudge him his late success
fair enough, but you have to remember the angle I was watching it from To explain, my fellow scotsman Kevin McIntyre was on the undercard & I was relying on some early stoppages in the remote hope that SKY would show him as the programmes is only scheduled for 2 hours max! & when Ian Napa is involved, my scottish heart sinks as I know its going the distance, & ****ing up my chances of seeing the scotsman on the bill! You see, theres always a method to my madness
