Narvaez is pushing 40 and is clearly past it with that said he still has enough left in the tank and enough experience to show the young gun Inoue a trick or two and give him his first loss. It also depends where the fight happens, if its in Argentina one of the hardest places to get a win over the home fighter i go with Narvaez by SD if its in Japan i go with Inoue. If this were prime Omar i would pick him without hesitation right now i tend to favor the young gun but a lot is depending of the circumstances surrounding the fight.
Rumour is Japan. I be shocked if happen, 3 competing NYE card seem a lot with Watanabe and Ioka also have show that day. Inoue was 130lbs earlier today and been sparring with Iwasa so move to 115 seem easy. I favor Monster if fight get made.
Would be a VERY impressive accomplishment in his 8th fight!! Maybe set up a Gonzalez fight down the road! :bbb:bbb
Man even at this stage Narvaez is an underrated technician. Won't be surprised if he pulls it off even in Japan. Also, especially in these lighter divisions, its very hard to stay on top and especially at his age.
Be interesting what Ioka will be delivering as well as Ohashi. Sounds like Kazuto Ioka could be fighting in a world title fight on the same day, as well as the Watanabe triple head...Yaegashi at 108lbs will like be on the same card as Inoue... ...or how about an Ohashi/Ioka card with Naoya, Yaegashi, Ioka and Miyazaki all in action! How ever with Fuji TV having Inoue, Yaegashi and Murata...that's a pretty tasty trio to show on the same card
Actually, yeah, upon reinspection the Watanabe card is pretty weak. I mean, compared with this. (and that's even without Yaegashi gilding the lily)
