English Vargas? Fernando? No Fernando was not the level of Hamed. Hamed was a good fighter. Vargas was overrated and lost to anyone good. Nothing further than the truth here.

So I guess Winky Wright, Ike Quartey and Raul Marquez were'nt good fighters right?

Naz is retired. If retired fighters want to relax and eat some Chocdiles™ they have earned it.

The problem in boxing is active athletes not keeping themselves in shape and coming into fights out of shape. These guys are doing a disservice to their sport, their fans and themselves.

Nope Vargas turned into a fat waste of space while still active.

Well he might be a blimp but at least it took him a bit of time to get there.

It seemed like Fernando could not wait to balloon up as soon as he retires.

I'm not saying Hamed = Vargas as a fighter, just as a fatty. He's blown up in weight, like Vargas.

Winky Wright was not top notch like he was later. When Vargas fought him he was still coming and learning the game and Ike Quartey was way overrated as we found out later. Raul Marquez? Great? Good? We are comparing Vargas to Hamed right? Hamed fought great fighters and beat them, Vargas lost to them all or fought average guys. No Vargas is not in Hamed's class. I don't think anyone will say he was except maybe Vargas or his fans. He was a decent puncher who made fights interesting but eventually lost against top notch guys.

Well, Hamed beat 8 world champions, unified the featherweight division, won three world titles and only lost once to a prime version of an ATG, so he did ok in his career...don't ya think?

    Thank you

I would of been troubled getting the names up.

Hamed compared to Vargas is a non starter.

    Vargas, rushed.......and i like him.

Hamed...........?? ****ing godly and aye he walked away.

The day he left Winco was the day he lost everything.
