Too much is made of Naz v MAB,just google and watch little Prince Big Fight to know how lightly Naz took Barerra and how he didn`t bother training and wasn`t focussed for the fight.

MAB`s team knew Naz was there for the taking thats why they took the fight. The previous two years MAB nor his team wanted no part of a focussed hungry Naz.

excuses count for nothing if you dont redeem yourself
losing your first big fight against a big name and then never being heard from again means that's all that is - an excuse

you're only as good as your last fight

Bro, Hamed had to grab the ropes to stay on his feet at one point in the fight, how could you have NOT seen that? Also, who cares which was the 'worst' defeat between Pac and Hamed? What's that got to do with the price of eggs? Prime MAB and prime EM are both ATG fighters, no shame in losing to either one.

Mate you're obviously well versed in Hamed's career and whilst i did follow it to a certain extent at the time, my memory doesn't serve me as well as yours. However, from what i recall, Medina and Barrera were by far and away the two top tier fighters on his resume and both weren't too fazed by his power (please correct me if i'm wrong). And whereas Marco's victory wasn't quite the 'owning' many people on here would have us believe, it was still a case of Barrera's class and composure overuling Hamed's increasingly desperate attempts to land a KO blow. I'm not too convinced he would be as formidable as you think against Pacquiao....
