    Yep.

Hammed has the advantage of time on his hand and the fact that so many hate Hatton to swing any poll vote.

If Hatton adds two more good wins to his resume... to put Hamed above him is a joke!

Reputable media outlets don't rate Naz above Hatton at the moment, and Hatton still has more to come.

If hatton beats mallinaggi, then goes on to beat manny you can't really argue about his resume.

At least Hatton hasn't quit after his first defeat.

Hatton takes this one obviously. Hamed never beat a top ten P4Per, whilst Hatton did twice. Simple as that.

There is no case for Hamed having a greater legacy.

there might have been a case if he avenged his loss against barrera.

Two things. First.....who is Mallignaggi? He may hold a belt, but he has proven that he is nothing more than a contender. Second.....Pacquiao started his career at 106lbs. How would these two wins cement it fror him in your mind?

Yeah, definetly. If he had have fought him a second time, he would have been schooled again. If he had fought Marquez or Morales he would have lost too.

Hamed was, and still is, overrated because of his ring style. People love to see that type of fight, which is fair enough, but he didn't deserve the praise he got then and doesn't deserve it now. He never beat an elite fighter. Certainly no-one in the same league as Tszyu.

How is that relevant? The fact he knocked out an strong jawed, big 135lber in his last fight is far more important than what his weight was 13 years ago. Pacquiao has quite clearly shown he has put the weight on extremely well. He is a very strong 135lber now.

If Hatton had Hamed's fighting style and achieved the same things he has done, this poll be 70% in favour of Hatton, no doubt about it. The fact that a lot of people consider hatton boring and Hamed exciting is the reason Hamed is getting more votes, which is unfair.

    Haton has the better resume.

Hatton is very skilled, there is no doubt about that; otherwise anyone and everyone would do what he does!

Unfortunately few appreciate boxing on the inside and fighting in and from the clinch. There are HOF with a similar style...

Are you kidding? You see no relevance in a guy who has fought his whole career at 140 fighting against a guy who would have to come up almost 35 lbs since the beginning of his? Thats a joke, right? And Pac looking strong in one fight at lightweight doesn't make him a very strong 135lb fighter. It makes him strong for that one fight.

both guys biggest fights both happened at similar stages in there careers actually.

naz fought barrera 9 yrs after he turned pro.

hatton fought tszyu 8 yrs after he turned pro.

both had made 15 defences of a fringe title (wbo was less established in the 90's).

    hatton was 26.

    naz was 27.

    hatton won by stoppage.

    naz got whipped. :yep

i also think hatton shades it as it goes. :good

    i agree.

that's top and bottom of it really.

    hamed had some good wins.

but nothing on the level of a tszyu.

hatton has convicingly won every fight he's ever had. u know that's true rantings. :yep hamed had up and downers and scares along the way. it weren't all plain sailing.

mayweather was too good and collazo made it tough and close.

although the collazo fight was a UD and both british and american tv had rick winning. :yep
