Great interview. Still a dick head, still intensly dislikeable but now very fat. Maybe he should boil down and fight John McDermott?

Barrera looked a bit podgy at the weigh in yesterday. maybe they can have a rematch at a catchweight - say 165.

Tell me about it Im 5 11, 14 stone and 33 years old.

I am running in a 10k fun run in 5 weeks and have decided to burn of the comfort fat, get down to 12 stone (my weight when I was last single 3.5 years ago!) and get myself fit.

Apparently 10ks in an hour is fairly respectable. Yesterday on my first day of training I ran/walked for an hour and did 4.76ks, today I managed 5.3 in an hour but now Im so stiff I can hardly get of the couch.

In my 20s when I put the effort in to losing a few pounds the weight just fell of me but I suspect its going to be a lot bloody harder this time. I have heap of 32 inch waist clothes that Ive not worn in a couple of years that Im determined to fit into once more!

That post made me laugh, you sound like the aberdonian version of me:D

& to make you happier, after I made my post last night I jumped onto the scales today as I hadnt weighed myself in a while... 14 & a half stone:patsch

Im terrible, I have trousers that have been in my drawers for years, that I wont let the missus throw out, cos everytime she says, "these dont fit you anymore Dunk, can I take them to the charity shop?" I meet her with a steely glare & say "NO WAY. I will shift the weight & get back into those clothes. They give me motivation to diet" & the sad thing is, I really mean it when I say it at the time! Good luck to you though Girv, when you have something to aim for it can be done. Its the keeping the weight off after you have lost it that is the problem I find!

nah my good man, I made myself lose the weight! Theres nothing worse than meeting family you havent seen for years & them saying "my goodness, you have got bigger!" **** that **** Gaz OC. Sad thing is though, even although I lost a pile of weight by cutting out eating at night & stuff, I still got met with "look at the size of you now, you have filled out!" style quotes, just cos many people who hadnt seen me since I was 18 years young expected me to look the same weight I was when I was a teenager, at the ripe old age of 34!

Thats how I can symapthise with Naz, cos hes a year younger than me & people think he should look the same way he was when he was a cocky teenager...
As Naz said, hes older now & does the eating, dont we all!
