Nate Cambpell suffered a vitreous hemorrhage

We assume a butt can't cause an injury to the back of the eye, but the eye automatically closes when you are hit, and the head could've even hit the lid of the eye causing the ey to be pushed back a bit. This is the case with butts. Not all butts just open cuts on the side, under, or over the eye. there could be internal damage though minimal. I've seen boxers permanently blinded from being thumbed, butted or beaten over the course of a fight.

 

Find out for yourself. Don't quote me on anything. You get back to US after YOU'VE found out. You're not a doctor, and medicine is not known down to a pat. Don't assume anyone is wrong.

How often do fighters get hit in the head in boxing match ? A ZILLION times every year. How often do you hear of fighters having bleeding BEHIND the eye in all those fights ? Almost NEVER. So it's a bit "optimistic" to say that Bradleys extreme punching power that puts Vitali to shame causes eye ball bleeding with just a couple of punches. You don't like Campbell, for whatever reason (I don't know that guy at all), fine. But don't act as if it is sure that this rare injury was caused from legal punches, when the headbutts are obvious and documented on tape. A strong head collision is much more likely to cause such kind of injury.

 

The point is Campbell quit, and it's worse forhim, because he likes to talk a lot, but he doesn't have the walk to back it up.

Right. All that he's accomplished in his career and he hasn't backed it up. Tell me, how many times have you had an injury to your eye while in a ring with a man who wants to knock you into unconsciousness?

 

The eye ball wasn't punctured. Google: What did Nate or his doctor have to say about his injury.

 

I don't care if I never had an eye injury. Campbell disrespects fighters all the time.

Campbell gets paid to fight. Campbell quit.

Many fighters have had eye injuries worse than him and still continue to fight.

If campbell wants to quit, that's fine, but this is just a peice of humble pie for his ass.
