I didn't catch the fight but I have just read (to my suprise) that he K.O'd Victor Cayo.....Good for him, I've always been a fan except for that time he allowed himself to get KTFO LOL! But Nate is THE man....good on him.
If nate campbell "allowed himself to get KO'ed", then so did Victor Ortiz against Floyd. At least Nate was looking right at Peden when he got KTFO.
Nice win. Good to see vets like Holt and NC getting some wins. I know Holt moved up in weight, but a Holt-Campbell fight would of been great acouple yrs ago.
i was shocked by the result, not that Cayo was particularly special but Campbell looked finished against Ortiz and then lost to a journeyman, lost a fight in Russia for some reason. I thought he had nothing left. Clearly the tank's not quite empty yet.
I never thought Nate was special either. I mean he got stopped by Peden not once, but twice. Finally, he wins the titles against Diaz and he is the next best thing. Ah, beats Funeka and then many say Nate is shot after that. How do you become champ and two to three fights later your shot? We are talking about the Diaz that Paulie beat.
