Nate Campbell parts with Don King

Really? That's nice. And what else do most enjoy? That's not my point, my point is Nate Campbell releases a statement for ****ing EVERYTHING, relevant or otherwise. I've posted about 8 of them myself.

Now that he left Don King, he should try to land a fight with Marquez or Juan Diaz in a rematch.

He would be better off self promoting cuz he has a big mouth but he ain't that marketable

 

I've got a lot of respect for Campbell, I think he'll head straight at Marquez too.

I wish the guy athe best of luck for him and his family.

 

Obviously I'm limited as to what I can say at the moment, but don't be suprised if something significant gets done in the next few weeks.

on a serious note, respect to Nate. he keeps its real.

Obviously Nate vs Marquez or Pacquiao are both great fights. and I think that against Marquez, Nate can even ask for 50% of the purse or more. Also, Nate could take on Katsidis and hand him a highlight reel beating, that would raise his marketability.

btw Terry you have been talking some **** about GBP on this board and thats pretty funny cause now you will probably end up signing with them

It's no secret that I have some issues with GBP, namely that a fighter would be competing against their own promoter for big-name opponents. That bothers me quite a bit. But whatever happens from here, it is going to be whatever is in NATE'S best interests, not my own. So I am not going to close the door on anything. Nate is free to listen to offers from anyone and everyone, and that is exactly what we are going to do.

 

That is fighter number 19877878 to leave Con King.

Can you blame him? He keeps gettin' passed by or screwed out of big fights, he's not getting younger and I imagine he's trying to hold whatever public interest he can so as to be as marketable as possible.
