Guzman slicks his way to a close UD.

Campbell throws more but Guzman lands more to eke out the decision.

 

There you go with your ducking talk.atsch Casa is the linear champ if he has a chance to fight him and unify then why not do it? If not I'm sure he'll face Guzman give the fight a chance before you go off the deep end.

Who has Guzman fought?

Nate will fight his mandatory [Casamayor] and if Joan is still undefeated with a known name on his resume then the fight will happen

 

Guzman is too fast ... Campbell can only hope to catch Guzman slipping and end his night with a power punch.

Another thing is that no one knows how Guzman would hold up at LW ... he might not be able to handle the weight jump - especially this late in his career. In his 30's ... he started off as a featherweight ... I don't know ... based on his skill - I say that he can do it, but thats it.

 

Feels like a pick em fight to me. Really depends on which Campbell and which Guzman show up - they're both inconsistent from fight to fight. If Campbell can throw 80 punches a round despite having a less stationary target, then I think he wins. On the other hand, I think Guzman's elusiveness will deter Campbell from having a high workrate. Also, Guzman isn't used to fighting anyone as awkward as Campbell, so he couldn't just dismantle him like he did to Soto. I'd give a slight edge to Guzman here (I think Campbell eventually gets frustrated and Guzman eventually starts winning rounds by potshotting and countering) via close UD.

 

A washed up fighter who no one here gave him a chance against Kats and he knocked him out. I would love to see Casa-Nate 2 it's a chance for unification at 135. The Guzman fight might happen down the line but Nate is right who the hell has Guzman beat at 135. Nate is just speaking his mind and the truth.

guzman all day. bet the f'ing house on it as a matter of fact I know I will. Guzman is just too fast, too skilled, too experienced, too everything really. Nate is going to miss his shots all day, get frusterated and lose. Guzman has been fighting since forever now and is a true beast in there. Guzman UD12 in a fight very similar to humberto soto.
