Nate Campbell is a very likable guy and he's great for boxing. I still can't believe how well he performed in his late 30's against Diaz. That was truly an inspirational performance.

OMG!! He mentioned the annoying fat kid! I thought not many people were aware of how much of an ear/eye sore that guy is, definitely didn't think Campbell was aware.

Ah wait he was talkin bout Diaz...darn it. I'm speaking of the kid in Casamayor's corner that just wastes oxygen in Joel's corner inbetween rounds.

No. What Nate means is that his uncle and other relatives taught him how to fight at an early age, but he never really did anything structured with it. He would go and hang around a gym every now and then, but It wasn't until a guy at Winn-Dixie said those things to Nate that he actually got into a gym regularly, and had some amateur fights, etc.

    no, you misunderstood it

Nate boxed for the first time when he was a kid. But he didn't become a boxer until his co-worker told him to pursue it after he watched him shadowbox just to stay awake in his job as an overnight grocery store stockboy
