Yeah Nate, but didn't your corner throw in the towel at the same time as the ref stepped in? I'm a Nate Diaz fan, but I think he's talking a bit of BS here. Thomson was running for sure, but if that running was a ploy to make Diaz over-commit and then knock him TFO then it worked perfectly - it clearly wasn't a Conditesque decision-plan. Nate was getting brutalized at the time of the stoppage, I was fine with it even though I was gutted. I think Thomson deserves all the credit... and a title shot. Nate needs to accept the loss instead of coming out with this nonsense, otherwise he won't improve as a fighter.
