More exposure to American fans. Haven't seen any of his fights but I don't recognize any of the names on his record, tomato cans I assume.
exposure ain't bad.. hopefully he can step up and face a Cloud or Pascal and we can see who the best out of these guys are... or he can just be a Felix Sturm and face mediocre competition the rest of his career.............
he definitely wants exposure in america. cleverly always says he wants unification fights and to fight the biggest names, i presume thats why he's doing this. this kid will end up going way further in the game than people realise.
Rafael never said who the opponent is. I'd guess with only a month to go that the opponent won't be a top fighter. Probably someone on par with who he's been defending against.
What happened to the fight with Whatshisname, Peter Ustinov or something?:rofl Anyway, hope he does it. Those minions who say he's a paper champ who is avoiding people are full of it. Clev wants the top dogs in the division. He even offered Froch a shot at his title. The guy is confident. I don't think he is a really special fighter like his compatriot Joe Calzaghe, and any comparisons are unfair on the guy, but the LHW division is such a barren wasteland that he can do well. :deal
This can only be a good thing, his career has stalled bigtime since he fought Tony Bellew. He needs to get a move on and get in some big fights!
