Great post. "Bad" Chad has been totally exposed and I'd expect a Cleverly comfortable UD or even taking him out in the later rounds. "Bad" Chad would be doing his best Dirrell impression and would probably clock up a few miles back tracking during the fight.

its a well known fact that dawson takes rounds off during fights and gets gun shy.

cleverly is like calzaghe in the fact he takes a fighter out of their comfort zone with a ridiculous workrate. cleverly would force dawson to work 3 minutes of every single round, dawson would get exposed massively in this fight. :deal

I think bad chad gets pounded.
Calzaghe used to spar with this kid and he always tipped him to be word champion. 46-0 sir Joe knows that this boys got talent!

 

i agree. i live less than 5 miles away from calzaghe and two miles from cleverly,and cleverly would openly admit when sparring with calzaghe he couldnt even hit him.cleverly is good but still has experience to gain.it is a shame he dont spar with calzaghe now as he would learn alot. (he aint yet ready for dawson.)

 

Give it one-to-one and a half years and its a different story, but as of right now its comprehensive for Dawson. Gets closer as time progresses.
