I don't know that Danny Ammann is going to knock Cleverly out (he probably will not) but top cruisers will...and I wouldn't rule out a gamer than expected Ammann out-hustling and upsetting an unprepared Cleverly thinking he was dipping his toes in shallower than he is.

It's not like in the lower weights where it's not a big differential in weight classes. He will be facing guys who will be up to 25lbs bigger than his opponents at 175, and it seems to be on a whim, some of them will have fought heavyweight. And Cleverly doesn't really have a style that bodes well to being hit by much bigger guys, I'm not sure if this Cruiser experiment will end well for him.

He wasn't even a big light heavy. He's got no punch,he hadn't got the best beard, what 's the point of this?

Enzo was once regarded a top 5 CW and a challenge to any of the titlist.

He is feasting on some Aussie bum to help tee up a big money fight with Danny Green.

You can see the sadness in his voice during that interview.

He's caught between a rock and a hard place. At 175, he knows he can't beat Kovalev and at 200...I don't even know why he's going up 25 lbs. Doesn't even make sense. These guys are a lot bigger...it's like a 2 division jump. Bad place to be as a fighter.

Kovalev really knocked the sanity out of this kid.

I don't think Cleverly really takes boxing hugely seriously. He's always talking about getting out and retiring and his degree.
No way should he have stepped up in weight, I think it's a lack of training dedication, while wanting to avoid Kovalev.

:rofl Nothing wrong with him Kovalev was the problem in there, just to good for over hyped "champion", Cleverly has no chance against top guys at CW none what so ever...LOL just seen interview where Cleverly said he is level above Kovalev well beating c level opposition for a long time makes you delusional it seems!

Was this before his fight with Kovalev? If he said that after he's dumber than I originally thought.
