    Round 6

Groves waits outside, holding his left arm out and leaving it hanging out to dry. DeGale treats the clothesline as an impassable boundary. These guys won't get anywhere near each other at this rate. No real punches in the first minute. Minute and a half. It's a dance. Finally DeGale comes slapping in. Groves catches and releases him. 1-2 to the body by Groves and he eats a BIG left hand from DeGale. Groves gets back to moving around DeGale, a bit closer now, popping jabs. DeGale lands another slapping shot solidly. DeGale switches to a righty stance and then back to southpaw. Groves moves around and jabs. DeGale ducks him.

    10-9 DeGale

    57 apiece

  6. Round 6 was ****, a lot of posing and waiting for counters. DeGale edged it out IMO

Tide is turning now. Groves may'be getting a bit tired in there.

Two HUGE left hands land flush from DeGale. He's now countering. Groves does nothing. 4-2 DeGale

I've got it even at the halfway point of the fight. But the 6th was probably Degale's best round thus far.
