Saunders is pasting Hammond with his right jab for the opening minute. Hammond is squeezing his shell up and absorbing. Saunders with a brilliant right hook, knocking Hammond's head over. Now a right hook to the body. Saunders is meting out some right hand fury and is getting the left in as he rips into the body, building up into a crescendo of powerful combinations. Hammond is hanging in there, but that's about it. A couple of lone right hands with his feet set before trying to circle away with his guard up. Saunders is putting together lots of flurries up the middle, set up by his right jab as well as furious salvos to the body set up by right hooks.

Round 2

Saunders is taking his time a bit more, picking his punches and bunching them up to the body when he does see an opening. Hammond lunges with a right and flicks a few jabs, trying to take command. Clinch. Saunders is dropping the right jab to the stomach. Big combos by Saunders, low to high. Hammond not getting much together. Guard up, with blows landing aplenty beneath it. Hammond finally goes down to a knee! Saunders with a HUGE overhand left to the face and a right hook to the body, both with 100% power! Down to a knee again!

edit: wait, it may have been the referee's decision (making it TKO2).

Very confusing. The referee seemed to accept that Hammond had beaten the count and was saved by the bell to end the second, then waved his arms a moment later as Hammond had turned his back and started toward his stool.

Yeah, TKO2. Ref made the call.
