A lot of people don't like this fight, obviously there are much more suitable opponents more deserving of a title shot out there than Tommy Karpency, it's nothing more than a routine homecoming defense where Cleverly can look good in front of his home fans and then look to a summer showdown, should be relatively easy.

Saying that though I expect it to turn into quite a fun fight, with Cleverly having a few scary moments and eating some of Karpency's winging shots (Clev's major flaw is he's way too easy to hit)

I see Cleverly getting him out of there in about the seventh round after a entertaining scrap which people acually enjoy despite groaning about it when it was put together.

Cleverly points, Karpency's never been stopped & I doubt Clev's gonna be the guy to stop him

    Really don't care sadly.

Clev will sit on this belt for a few years now, building up in Wales for that mega showdown....... with Enzo.

I think Cleverly will stop him in middle rounds, i just think the lad will stand with Cleverly and ship shots. I don't see him gaining Nathan's respect and could see him being messed up with volume and ref stopping it.

Cleverly wins every round and isn't that impressive, or we could get a British stoppage somewhere down the line. There's really no way Cleverly can enhance his reputation with a fight like this, in a way I'd love Karpency to win just to upset Fwank, this is such a mismatch and a complete waste of time.

Karpency is relatively unknown over here and sparred with some of the best in the division... which makes him somewhat dangerous. he's no mug!

It should be a good fight but seen as it's in Britain Cleverley should win it on points. not saying it's a fix or anything but generally in boxing the home fighters usually win!

:good There both full of it, Bellew outboxed him. Yet i'm sure he said in a interview a while back something about outboxing him to win. Guy is deluded..
