    I don't pay for ppvs, but I'd rather pay to watch one of the best fighters of this generation go to war against an elite fighter, rather than watch glorified b level fighters go to work on bums.

    Periban is swinging wide hooks at the body and throwing rights up top, heavy but slow and telegraphed. DeGale is switching his stance, keeping outside, throwing left and right jabs by turns. Right hook, BIG left uppercut on the body by DeGale from outside, keeping his head tilted down out of the way of Periban's lunging shots in the exchange. DeGale is dancing to his left, ducks a jab and steeples his gloves to force it up overhead.

    Periban is building up a head of steam as he puts his punches together, starting with a slow predictable jab, then a right uppercut downstairs, and then a series of left hooks and right hands picking up speed and with shorter gaps between them. DeGale is sitting back, gloves up and ready to intercept, waving his right arm like a pinwheel to knock Periban's jab down away. Quick combos by DeGale. Periban is reaching out with the left jab as DeGale mirrors him, orthodox, jabbing at Periban's face at long range. Periban is backed into the ropes as DeGale lands a fast right hand.
