Uppercut pushed through by Sjekloca putting Smith briefly against the ropes. Sjekloca is hit with a left hook on the jaw as Smith meets him in a clinch and slips a jab.

Sjekloca is trading jabs with Sjekloca, and slapping wide rights around the guard on the outside as Sjekloca's head movement has lessened. Sjekloca is orbiting and flurrying, everything growing more leaden. Smith's blocked shots are beginning to knock Sjekloca's guard loose, and the follow-up shot in every combination land flush. Sjekloca eats a bit left hook.

Sjekloca is pushing weak jabs into Smith's guard. Sjekloca is circling to his right in a lope breaking into an occasional trot. Smith is bopping him atop the head with long right hands, landing partially on Sjekloca's knuckle padding. Jabs and straight flurries by Sjekloca zigzagging in close, his feet a bit ungainly. Smith is backing away, left arm low, throwing pot shot jabs.
