Don't forget: he lost to both clearly, but Sjekloca did steal a few rounds off Bika and off Abraham.

So far I've given him a share of just one here with Smith.

Of course, he was gamer those nights.

Surprised we got into the 11th round before Sky mentioned his Nan passing away. Fairly impressed actually.

    Round 12

Sjekloca is paddling his jab off Sjekloca's forehead and drilling across with the right hand. Sjekloca rolls in, face down, arms wrapped over himself protectively, looking to lean in on Smith and stall. Body shots by Smith, hurting Sjekloca. Smith is upright, like a pencil, floating around the ring, jabbing the face of Sjekloca as his guard lowers but still finding a home for the left hook downstairs.

    10-9 Smith

    120-109 Smith

Why do these commnetators justify everything?

Even when smith was gassing, the commentators want to spin it and make out he was just taking a break

When smith can't get a ko, it's because he wanted to go the 12 rounds and it was his master plan

I'm sure if he got knocked down, they'd say he wanted it to feel the experience of being knocked down

You didn't miss a thing. :yep

Good performance and result by Smith but it was hardly the FOTY.

Especially if you were sleepy, this would've done you in.

Been saying on here for ages that Calum Smith is a future world champion. Along with Luke Campbell and Anthony Joshua he's the best British prospect.

120-108 …….good experience for Callum to go 12. Controlled the pace well.
Personally I’m very impressed by Callum Smith in this fight. Showed a lot that was unknown.
