Degales biggest problem is that he isn't busy enough..

Wilk looking knackered IMO which has allowed DeGale to take the last few rounds.

    Round 8

Big right hand by Wilk! DeGale leans in and holds, dropping and grinding his shoulders against Wilk's chin. Huge uppercuts by DeGale, twisting at the waist throwing hard lefts and rights up from below the hip. Wilk waves his left jab out and then drapes the arm over DeGale's neck, pulling him in. DeGale lands a right jab, then a left to the body. Right jab to the mouth as Wilk tries to imitate him with pulling straight back. Slapping combos by DeGale as Wilk comes in leaning forward with tightly tucked guard. Left hand by DeGale. Nice combo by DeGale, landing a slapping left hook across the side of the head very flush. Wilk misses a telegraphed 1-2. Body shots by DeGale. Left hook by DeGale, orthodox. Wilk is backed up. Flurry to the body by DeGale.

    10-9 DeGale

    77-75 DeGale

Very good round for DeGale. DeGale really digging deep, I'm very impressed.

    77-75 DeGale.

Big round for DeGale after getting hit pretty hard early, he had the Pole on defense and hurt.

DeGale did well to come back after the big right hand in the beginning of the round, looked like he had the pole hurt.

    77-75 DeGale.

The Pole did good early but DeGale took over quick and won the round.

    DeGale: 1,2,4,7,8
    PW: 3,5,6

78-75 DeGale. Traded punches last round, but Degale was the more effective.

Is the Pole trained by Ruiz trainer. That punch grab style is ill.

The pole has nothing left by the looks of it, DeGale just needs to turn the screw
