Kessler had Froch in deep water. Both with shots at the chin, and specially bodyshots, he actually said that Kesslers body shot were scaring the **** of Froch.

DeGale starting to take control here 3 in a row

    Round 9

DeGale throws a jab to the chest, but then tosses it further out at an upward arc at Wilk's chin as Wilk abandons a forward duck and pulls straight back. Left uppers to the body by DeGale. Wilk gets him in a chicken-wing holds. They wrestle to the ropes, DeGale's back to them. Wilk flurries to the body but DeGale flashes his greater hand speed. Long quick combos by DeGale, as he spins Wilk now to the ropes and clacks away at the body. Wilk lunges with a crooked right, missing as he jumps in. DeGale is on the ropes and landing right hooks to the ribs while Wilk tries to just bash through the front door but mostly hits DeGale's left arm. Nice body shots by DeGale. Straight left lead by DeGale. Wilk pushes him back, leaning against him and almost carrying him back to the ropes but DeGale digs his heels in and laces his gloves around the back of Wilk's neck, slowing him down. Wilk misses a jab.

    10-9 DeGale

    87-84 DeGale

Man, Degale is some serious skill when he wants too, but he's so ****ing undisciplined to actually use that skill for 80% of the round.

Very easy fight to score. DeGale won the early rounds, Wilczewski the middle and so far DeGale is winning these late rounds. DeGale wins round 9.

    87-84 DeGale.

Entering the championship rounds of what has become a very interesting match after an inauspicious opener.

    Round 10

Wilk is working his one trick like a diligent pony, firing away with that right and backing DeGale up. Wilk connects cleanly with it once but DeGale is kept scared. Wilk charges in headfirst, ramming his way in at DeGale's midsection as DeGale whips away with quick flashy uppers thrown on the back foot. Wilk is just walking forward blocking with his face and looking to slam a right hand home. Clinch. Wilk shoves DeGale back a few paces. Doubled up right hand by Wilk chasing DeGale to the ropes, just glancing. DeGale ties him up and they are broken apart. DeGale takes aim with his right jab, but Wilk is rolling around above the waist to slip on the outside in a drunken manner. Wilk pushes on and gets DeGale backed nearly into a corner. DeGale hops in and out, scared by the occasional right hand from Wilk. Right jab, left cross by DeGale. Wilk's mouth shield knocked out.

    10-9 DeGale

    97-93 DeGale
