Round 1

Heffron waits, holding back as Pace darts in on him and waves his left hook out. Heffron chips away with short right uppercuts to the body. Thudding left hooks to the side by Heffron. Pace is snapping out a 1-2 trying to slug with him. Good right hand by Pace. Heffron lands a stiff jab through the gloves. Big right by Heffron. Pace keeps matching him more or less punch for punch while backing up. Pace is rocked back by a couple of blows up top. Big right hand by Heffron. Pace is throwing a hook-2 combo on the back foot. Pace ducks a big right hand. Pace lobs a few soaring shots down on the gloves of Heffron. Pressure by Heffron, jabbing into the gloves and then converting an upper-hook around them with the left. Pace backs up and flurries at the guard of Heffron. High jabs by Heffron before dropping the hook to the body. Pace ducks inside and taps the belt of Heffron with a soft hook. Big body shots by Heffron pushing Pace to the ropes. Pace gets off with a few slapping hooks up top. Cuffing combo by Heffron. Big water-dragging left hook to the body by Pace, stretching his arm out low.

FINALLY! Three minutes of boxing completed.

 

Round 2

Heffron circles left and brushes some Pace jabs away with his backhanded left. Pace is throwing with vigor, trying to reach his arms around to the sides of Heffron's head while the face is covered with crossed arms. Heffron throws some left and right digs to the body, having to lunge a bit. Pace is skipping backward, drawing Heffron on and whipping out long hooks before tucking back up. Heffron walks into some soft hooks that slide off his head. Pace circles off to his right and takes a few shots while dropping his hands to focus on his footing and avoid getting trapped on the ropes. Heffron lands a big right uppercut through the gloves. Now a looping right to the small of the back as Heffron leans in. Pace tries to slap him off with some cat-paw rights as they lean together with arms pressed tight.

I haven't given Pace either round, but he's giving a very respectable account of himself.

 

Round 3

Reaching hooks by Pace. Heffron works the body coming forward. Pace is backing up and letting his nice straight jab catch the face of Heffron walking on. Heffron is circling in close and taking some shoeshines to the body, ducking down and leaving his head open to further flurrying. Pace is caught with an uppercut and slows for a moment. Now Pace comes back and just slaps his fists all over, hitting a lot of glove and shoulder but getting some scoring blows in. Heffron is getting out worked. Nice left hook by Pace but he is left open to a 1-2 down the middle, that stuns him. Good body shot by Heffron. Pace keeps slapping away and working some short jerky uppercuts of his own, pushing up off his back heel.

10-9 Pace

Heffron had a couple of eye-catching and hurtful shots, but he lost two and a half minutes of that round. No SRL "stealing" here. :nono
