Hokpins is gone, Pascal is a threat with Clevs sloppy defense but is v.beatable once defense is tighter. Dawson can be beaten as proven already. The division isn't that good tbf hence my opinion. Good choice of highlights you ****er :good
Bellew rammed his head into Clevs face mate but that **** aint even been mentioned, find that biased tbf.
I wanted Tony to win big time but fair play to Clev, he went into Tony's back yard and in my opinion he showed a lot of determination and bottle under pressure. Bellew tested him big time and I think he can do a lot in the game. Cleverly still has time to make the defensive adjustments needed and his fitness and conditioning will cause problems for anyone in the division. As for Tony he showed he deserves to be in the big fights from now on. Good luck to both fighters and I can't wait for a re-match further down the line.
I agree, but no excuses, this **** happens all the time and personally I give a lot of credit to the fighters such as Trinidad who would ship a low blow and then return the favour with a low blow of his own. Well done Cleverley, he fought well over the distance.
Nah not at all, Bellew put his head into the gloves Richie pulled him on that and no damage was caused. One low blow fair enough but he strayed low on 3-4 separate occasions sadly Davies failed to deal with the following ones.
Indeed mate. I am a clev fan but not a hugger. I know the lad is beatable but he is ridiculously fortunate that the lhw division is so weak talentwise. Compare this back to any era and right now always loses. Clev can be undisputed it's that weak :good
Watch again and look for the head going in, I wouldn't say it if I didn't feel the need to mate. The low blows wern't intentional and didn't have that much affect imo. Bellew to his credit didn't make much of them and could of so thats kudos really. He has won a fan in me.
Well you're over simplifying it but ok. Your argument for Cleverley beating Dawson is just that Dawson has proven that he can lose, well he's also proven that he can win too, so that's not a really good argument. I don't think Cleverley will dominate anything but no disrespect to him, we will just have to wait and see, I may be right, I may be wrong, time will tell. I wish him all the best, here's to hoping he does very well.
Yep i think people who slated Tony have to make a decision i have a good memory and read words like 'school him' 'spark him'. None of that happened and tbh Bellew dominated fair spells of the bout. Not bad for a chinny loud mouthed **** aye..
