Decent boxer with good skill but not much power.Trying to out punch Kov was very stupid and also moving to cruiser with his lack of power wasn't a good move.Seemed a decent bloke hope he's ok
Cleverley took a risk v kovalev and it back fired. Cleverley was never the same after that fight. I rated him massively when he was on his way up. In hindsight he avoids kovalev but before that he had a decent record. I'm not really bothered how he is now, always came across as a super intelligent guy with his degree.
Yeah, I reckon he was a good young fighter with plenty of room to improve unforfunately met Kovalev when he was very hungry and close to his best. If he tàkes a different sliding door, who knows?
